What can be reported?
The whistleblowing function is intended for reporting suspicions of:
- Violations of laws and regulations
- Serious misconduct within the organization (e.g. corruption, environmental offences, breaches of occupational health and safety, discrimination)
- Wrongdoing that adversely affects the public or our employees
Who can blow the whistle?
Employees, former employees, interns, suppliers, contractors, and other external parties with a connection to the company, are entitled to use the whistleblowing function.
How does it work?
Reports are submitted via a secure and confidential channel. You may choose to remain anonymous. All matters received are handled by an independent function and investigated without undue delay.
Protection for whistleblowers
Individuals who report in good faith are protected under the Swedish Whistleblower Protection Act (2021:890). Employers are prohibited from subjecting whistleblowers to any form of retaliation.
